We walk the office, talk to whoever knows how things really work, and look at what is actually there — not what a document says is there.
Your bad-day readiness
If the worst happened on a Friday afternoon, what would Monday look like? We check what copies exist, where they live, whether anyone has ever put one back, and roughly how many hours it would take to be working again.
Who has the keys
Who can get into what, and who still can. Old accounts, shared passwords, the login three people use, and the former employee whose access nobody closed. This is the part that surprises owners most often.
The locks on the doors
What stands between a stolen password and your client records. What is watching your systems while the office is empty. What happens when a convincing email lands in the wrong inbox on a busy Tuesday.
